The Role
The Food Truck Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the truck. You’ll oversee scheduling, inventory, staff performance, and customer service, ensuring that every shift meets our high standards. This is a leadership role that requires both people skills and operational know-how.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise food truck staff on shift
- Schedule team members and assign stations
- Handle inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Train and cross-train team members
- Ensure food quality, speed of service, and customer satisfaction
- Handle cash, deposits, and sales reports
- Address customer issues with professionalism
- Keep the truck compliant with all health and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Prior food service or management experience required (food truck or fast casual preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills for scheduling, ordering, and reporting
- Comfortable with hands-on work alongside the team
