The Role
As a Food Truck Team Member, you’ll be cross-trained to work across all stations on the truck:
Grill
Preparing and cooking our signature dishes with care and consistency.
Cash Register
Greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and keeping the energy positive.
Prep Cooker
Stocking, prepping ingredients, assembling meals, and keeping everything fresh and organized.
Kitchen Prep
Washing, chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients so the cooking line can run smoothly and efficiently during service.
Team members rotate stations based on business needs. Everyone is expected to learn all three — so we stay flexible, fast, and always ready to serve.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep cool under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability — showing up on time, ready to work, and dependable
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Food service, hospitality, or cashier experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
- Passion for food and open to learning about vegan cuisine (you don’t need to be vegan, just open-minded)
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation to our Washington Ave location (and pop-up/tour stops when scheduled)
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
